Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 4 Hoagie Rolls
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Place the meatballs in the hoagie rolls and top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place the sandwiches on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
