Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lump Crab Meat
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
  2. Shape the mixture into 8 small patties or 4 large patties.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
