  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the vegetables and cheese, and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
