- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Cauliflower florets
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, and shredded cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the cream mixture over the vegetables and cheese, and stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
