Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast shredded
  • 1 cup Low-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables frozen
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the whole wheat bread crumbs evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
