- ¼ cup Butter, softened
- ¼ cup Erythritol
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 large Egg
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, softened butter, erythritol, cinnamon, vanilla extract, egg, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with your hand or a fork.
