Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup Tomato paste
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Carrot chopped
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft.
  2. 2. Stir in tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add fish stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Add lobster meat and heavy cream. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
