Ingredients

  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 whole Large Eggs
  • 2 whole Egg Yolks
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup All-purpose Flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease 4 ramekins and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate together. Stir until smooth.
  3. Stir in the powdered sugar until well blended. Add the eggs and egg yolks, then mix in the vanilla.
  4. Stir in the flour until just combined. Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
  6. Let the cakes cool in the ramekins for 1 minute, then run a knife around the edges to loosen and invert onto dessert plates. Serve immediately.
