Lasagna Recipe

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 jar Marinara Sauce
- 12 pieces Lasagna Noodles cooked
- 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until onions are translucent.
Add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned. Stir in marinara sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce. Layer with lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
