Korean Soft Tofu Stew

Main Ingredients
- 1 pack Soft Tofu cut into chunks
- 1 cup Kimchi chopped
- 1 tablespoon Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add chopped kimchi and gochugaru, stir well.
4. Pour in vegetable broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
5. Add soft tofu chunks and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
