Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pack Soft Tofu cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Kimchi chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chopped kimchi and gochugaru, stir well.
  4. 4. Pour in vegetable broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add soft tofu chunks and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
