Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Kimchi, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Kimchi juice
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 pcs Green onions, chopped
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chopped kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice, kimchi juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
  5. Push the rice to one side of the wok and crack the eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then mix them into the rice.
  6. Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for another minute.
  7. Serve hot.
