  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 large Egg

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute, or until melted. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour and baking powder to the cheese mixture. Mix until well combined. Add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and shape into a loaf or desired shape.
