Ingredients 

Crust

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Toppings

  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Pepperoni Slices

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a pizza crust shape.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce over the crust. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
