Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour
  • ¼ cup Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Eggs large
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • ½ cup Water warm

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Slowly add warm water to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
