- 1 tablespoon Coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon Almond flour
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 Egg large
- 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
In a microwave-safe mug, combine coconut flour, almond flour, and baking powder.
Add the melted butter, egg, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, until the bread is set.
Let it cool slightly before removing from the mug. Slice and enjoy!
