  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 Egg large
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine coconut flour, almond flour, and baking powder.
  2. Add the melted butter, egg, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, until the bread is set.
