  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • to taste Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add the spinach, almond milk, chia seeds, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
