- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- to taste Ice cubes (optional)
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Add the spinach, almond milk, chia seeds, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
