Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large Red bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large Green bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large Red onion cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 
- 2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and minced garlic. 
- 3. Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. 
- 4. Thread chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating as you go. 
- 5. Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. 
- 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
