Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large Red bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large Green bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large Red onion cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and minced garlic.
3. Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
4. Thread chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating as you go.
5. Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
