A delicious Puerto Rican sandwich made with fried plantains instead of bread.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Green plantains peeled and sliced lengthwise
- 1 lb Beef steak thinly sliced
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- as needed Oil for frying
1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Fry the plantain slices until golden brown, then flatten them using a paper towel and fry again until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
3. Season the beef steak with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Cook in the same pan until done.
4. Assemble the sandwich: spread mayonnaise on the plantain slices, then layer with beef, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Top with another plantain slice.
