  • 2 tablespoon Japanese Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
  2. Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl.
  3. Mash the eggs with a fork or spoon.
  4. Add Japanese mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and black pepper to the mashed eggs. Mix well.
  5. Spread the egg mixture onto a slice of bread and top with the other slice.
  6. Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters and serve.
