- 4 large Eggs
- 2 slices White Bread
- 2 tablespoon Japanese Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl.
Mash the eggs with a fork or spoon.
Add Japanese mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and black pepper to the mashed eggs. Mix well.
Spread the egg mixture onto a slice of bread and top with the other slice.
Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters and serve.
