  • 1 lb Italian sausage sliced
  • 2 Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
