Italian Sausage Peppers and Onions Recipe

- 1 lb Italian sausage sliced
- 2 Bell peppers sliced
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
