Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • ½ cup diced ham
  • ½ cup diced bell pepper
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add bell pepper and ham, cook until tender.
  4. Push ingredients to the side, pour beaten eggs into the pan, scramble.
  5. Add cooked rice, pineapple, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
