  • 500 g Chicken Breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until it's no longer pink.
  3. 3. Add tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in heavy cream and garam masala. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
