Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1 cup Oats rolled
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 cup Carrot grated
- 1 cup Zucchini grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 0.5 cup Ketchup for topping
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the ketchup.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
Spread the ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
