Hawaiian Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
- 1 cup Cooked ham diced
- 1 cup Shredded coconut
- 1 cup Macadamia nuts chopped
- 1 cup Mixed greens
- ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup Lime juice fresh
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple chunks, diced ham, shredded coconut, macadamia nuts, mixed greens, red onion, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
