Instructions

  2. 2. Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.

  5. 5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet for about 1 minute.
