Ingredients 

Filling

  • 200 g Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated

Wrappers

  • 20 pieces Gyoza Wrappers
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying
  • ¼ cup Water for steaming

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place gyoza in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. 4. Add water to the skillet and cover. Steam for about 5 minutes or until the water evaporates.
  5. 5. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
