Ground Beef Vegetable Soup Recipe
A hearty and comforting soup made with ground beef and a variety of vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- to taste salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add onions and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in carrots and celery, cooking for another 5 minutes.
4. Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, peas, corn, basil, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
