Ground Beef and Vegetable Stew

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 cups Diced Carrots
- 2 cups Diced Potatoes
- 1 cup Diced Onions
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the diced onions and garlic to the pot. Cook until the onions are translucent.
3. Stir in the carrots and potatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the beef broth and add the salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
