  • 4 slices Bread Preferably ciabatta or sourdough
  • 4 slices Cheese Mozzarella or your choice
  • 4 slices Tomato Thinly sliced
  • 1 handful Basil leaves Fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. 2. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
  3. 3. Layer cheese, tomato, and basil leaves between two slices of bread, with the oiled side facing out.
  4. 4. Place the sandwich in the panini press and cook for about 5 minutes or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Remove from the press, slice in half, and serve warm.
