Grilled Mushroom Swiss Burgers Recipe
Juicy grilled burgers topped with sautéed mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese.

Burger Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 Burger buns
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Form the ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
4. While the burgers are grilling, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté until tender.
5. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each burger patty during the last minute of grilling to melt.
6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and topping with sautéed mushrooms.
