Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder, cubed
  • 2 cups Green chilies, roasted and chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add the cubed pork shoulder. Cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the roasted green chilies and cumin. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
