Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Goat meat, cut into chunks preferably bone-in
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 2 cups Diced tomatoes canned or fresh
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cups Carrots, sliced
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the goat meat and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until softened.
4. Return the goat meat to the pot. Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes, thyme, and paprika. Stir well.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 1.5 hours.
6. Add the carrots and potatoes. Cook for another 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
