Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 medium Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 medium Cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, green bell pepper, and garlic in a blender.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Blend again.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
