A refreshing cold Spanish soup made with tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers.

Main Ingredients
- 6 medium Tomatoes chopped
- 1 medium Cucumber peeled and chopped
- 1 medium Green Bell Pepper chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, green bell pepper, and garlic in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Blend again.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
