Instructions
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan. Toss to coat the pasta in the garlic oil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
4. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
