Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked macaroni and cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for frying Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Roll mac and cheese into balls.
  2. 2. Coat each ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
