French Dip Sandwiches Recipe

- 1 lb Roast beef, thinly sliced
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet, heat the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder over medium heat until warm. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add the sliced roast beef to the skillet and heat until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
4. Place the hoagie rolls on a baking sheet. Open them up and place 2 slices of provolone cheese on each roll.
5. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the rolls are toasted, about 5 minutes.
6. Remove the rolls from the oven. Using tongs, place the warm roast beef onto the rolls. Serve with a small bowl of the warm broth for dipping.
