Filipino Chicken Sopas

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast cubed
- 8 cups Water
- 2 cups Macaroni noodles
- 1 cup Carrots diced
- 1 cup Celery diced
- 1 cup Evaporated milk
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken breast and cook until lightly browned.
3. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
4. Add the macaroni noodles and cook until al dente.
5. Stir in the carrots and celery, cooking until tender.
6. Pour in the evaporated milk and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
