- 2 cups Strawberries hulled and chopped
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Milk
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Blend strawberries until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix strawberry puree, heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
Before serving, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
