Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • ½ cup Chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 package Egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Place a small amount of the mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
  4. 4. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
