- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 4 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1. Heat the large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
2. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Cook for another 2 minutes.
3. Stir in the shredded carrots and cabbage. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
