Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 4 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the shredded carrots and cabbage. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
