- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 slices green onions chopped, for garnish
1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
2. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the broth thickens.
3. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the broth to create egg ribbons.
4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
