Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 units Eggs
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into doughnut shapes using a doughnut cutter.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the doughnuts until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Let cool before serving.
