Main Ingredients
- 1 package Oreos
- 1 cup Pancake mix
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 unit Egg
- 1 quart Vegetable oil for frying
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and egg. Stir until smooth.
Dip each Oreo into the batter, making sure it's fully coated.
Carefully place the coated Oreos into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove Oreos with tongs and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
