Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and cubed

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  3. Stir in garam masala, cumin, turmeric, paprika, cinnamon, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. Add cooked chicken and simmer for 10 more minutes until heated through.
