  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a bowl.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and soy sauce until the sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers and mix well.
