- 500 g Chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken tenderloin in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the crumbed chicken tenderloins on a baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
