  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
