- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- ½ cup Unsalted butter softened
- 4 cups Powdered sugar sifted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating on low speed until fully incorporated and smooth.
Add the vanilla extract and beat on high speed for about 2 minutes, until light and fluffy.
Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature before using.
