- 6 cups fresh spinach
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup sliced almonds toasted
- ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, cranberries, almonds, red onion, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
