- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- ½ cup Chopped Celery
- ¼ cup Chopped Red Onion
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, dried cranberries, chopped celery, and chopped red onion.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
