Ingredients

  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream for serving

Instructions 

  1. 1. Brew 2 cups of strong coffee.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, dissolve 1 tablespoon of gelatin powder in 2 tablespoon of water. Let it sit for a few minutes.
  3. 3. Add the brewed coffee and 2 tablespoon of sugar to the saucepan. Heat gently and stir until the gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or individual serving cups. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. 5. Serve with whipped cream on top.
